Paul Benson

 Paul Benson was elected Corporate Vice President, Human Resources for Woodward in September 2019. 

Mr. Benson joined Woodward with over 25 years of experience in human resources bringing extensive experience with mergers and acquisitions, strategic planning and complex global project management.  Most recently, he served as Executive Vice President, and Chief Human Resources Officer for Esterline Technologies Corporation. Prior to that he served in various senior HR leadership roles for Hewlett Packard Company and Intel Corporation. Mr. Benson’s experience in a similar role at Esterline, as well as foundational experience in a multi-site production environment at two highly regarded tech companies, makes him a great fit for Woodward.

Mr. Benson holds a M.B.A, Finance, from Arizona State University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Business/Managerial Economics from St. Martin’s University in Washington.
